Before I give you all the hot sauce, I want to tell you something about the market, which is extremely important for this strategy.


Every market out there is cut into four sections.


The first 3% of the market are buyers who are ready to buy on the spot.

That's what almost every business and marketing agency out there focuses on.


Then you have another 17% who are information gathering.


Another 20% are problem-aware but not actively looking for more information.


And lastly, you have the other 60%, who are NOT Problem aware.


Why am I telling you this?


Because all the money and all the high-quality leads are in that 97% of the market that no one else focuses on…


So how do we outperform everyone else, leave the competition behind, and make that 97% of the market raise their hand and take action?


By building a HVCO (High-Value-Content-Offer)


As I said earlier, these people know they have a problem but need more information before taking action.


The key to get them from just looking to shut up and take my money is this system:


  • Attract 

  • Educate

  • Nurture

  • Get them to act


Which means:


  • Educate your prospects so they know more about the process of solving their problem, and they’re empowered to make a better buying decision. (Do this using a High-Value Content Offer, i.e. free reports, videos, cheat sheets, or other value-based materials.)

  • Take your best sales pitch or frequently asked questions and turn them into assets that nurture prospects on autopilot. At the same time as giving them information, you’re also moving them up the pyramid.

  • Position your solution as the obvious choice.

  • Make them an Irresistible offer.


And let me tell you, if you can actively and skillfully move people up the pyramid, you can shift many of the 97% of prospects from ‘not buying right now’ or ‘not even thinking about it’ to becoming your customers right away.
